Oktyabrsky rural executive committee informs that on November 29, 2024, it applied to the court of the Soligorsk district of the Minsk region with an application to recognize an empty residential building as ownerless and transfer it to the ownership of the Oktyabrsky village council, located at the address: village of Veska, st. Zarechnaya 21a (owner – Yuri Leonidovich Levontsevich)).

Persons who have the right to own and use a residential building have the right to apply to the court to involve them in the case.

Oktyabrsky rural executive committee reports that on November 29, 2024, it applied to the court of the Soligorsk district of the Minsk region with an application to recognize the inheritance in the form of a single-apartment residential building at the address: Minsk region, Soligorsk district, village Popovtsy, Oktyabrskaya street, 7 as ownerless and to transfer the said property to the ownership of the village council (owner – Maria Yakimovna Bich).
