Kaleeva Alla Vasilyevna was born in 1967 in the village of Zazhevichi of the Soligorsky district.

In 1990, she graduated from the Minsk State Medical Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in sanitation, hygiene and epidemiology, and in 2008 from the Belarusian Medical Academy after graduation in health organization.

She began her career in the Soligorsk territorial medical Association as a sanitary doctor of the Soligorsk sanitary and Epidemiological station, since 2010 she has worked as the chief state sanitary doctor of the Soligorsky district of the Minsk region – the chief doctor of the state institution “Soligorsky Zonal Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology”.

On March 5, 2018, Kaleeva A.V. was elected chairman of the Soligorsky District Council of Deputies of the twenty-eighth convocation.
