Complaints and petitions must be written in Belarusian or Russian. In line with article 12 of the law on complaints and petitions of citizens and legal persons fields marked with * must be filled in. Obscene or offensive language must not be used. Complaints and petitions must contain information about results of previous complaints and petitions with attached documents (if there are any). Electronic complaints or petitions can be revoked by submitting the relevant application in written form or by email.
