Chairman of the District Executive Committee
Lodyga Anatoly Mikhailovich was born on June 27, 1977 in the village of Bol’shiye Krugovichi, Gantsevichi district, Brest region.
In 2011, he graduated from the educational institution “Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine” with a degree in “veterinary medicine”.
Since 1996, he worked in agricultural organizations of the Kopyl district in various positions, from 2014 to 2017 he held the position of first deputy chairman – head of the department of agriculture and food of the Kopyl district executive committee, since 2019 – Chairman of the Kletsk District Executive Committee.
On June 1, 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Soligorsk District Executive Committee.

Nikita Igorevich Reut was born on March 7, 1990 in Minsk.
In 2021, he graduated from the educational institution “Belarusian State Order of the October Revolution and the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Academy” with a degree in economics and organization of production in the branches of the agro-industrial complex.
He started his career in the field of education in 2011.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked in various positions in agricultural organizations in the Kopylsky and Slutsk districts.
Prior to his appointment as First Deputy Chairman – Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee, he held the position of director of the open joint stock company “Soligorsky rayagroservice”.
Since May 2024, the first deputy chairman is the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee.
Tsybulenok Lyudmila Fedorovna was born on 07/11/1975 in Soligorsk. In 1996 she graduated from the Belarusian Non-Governmental Institute of Law, majoring in law, in 2006 she underwent retraining at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, majoring in anti-crisis enterprise management.
From 1999 to 2010, she worked in the executive authorities of the Soligorsky district.
Prior to her appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee for Economics, she worked as the head of the Soligorsky district Department of the Minsk Regional Department of the Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
Since January 2015 – Deputy Chairman of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee.
Tsuba Natalia Nikolaevna was born on May 24, 1978 in the village of Tesovo, Soligorsky district, Minsk region. She graduated from the Belarusian State University with a degree in Belarusian philology.
Since starting her career in 1997, she has worked in various positions in the field of education and state youth policy. He has been working in the Soligorsk District Executive Committee since 2006.
Prior to her appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee, she held the positions of Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Department of Ideological Work, Culture and Youth Affairs, head of the Department of organizational and personnel work.
Since December 2022, Deputy Chairman of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee.
Pavel Viktorovich Parkhomenko was born on July 17, 1981 in Gorki, Mogilev region. In 2002, he graduated from the educational institution “Belarusian State Agricultural Academy” with a degree in accounting, analysis and control.
In 2009, he underwent retraining at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in state and local government.
He began his career in 2003 as an economist of the planning and economic department of the municipal unitary enterprise Zhilteplostroy. From 2005 to 2009, he worked in various positions in the Minsk Regional Unitary Enterprise “Housing and Communal Services Management”. In 2021, he held the position of director of the municipal unitary enterprise “Housing and Maintenance site No. 4 of the Partizansky district of Minsk”. From 2021 to 2023, he was the director of the Soligorsk City Unitary Production Enterprise Housing and Communal Services Complex.
Since November 2023 – Deputy Chairman of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee.
