Description of the flag of Soligorsk and Soligorsky district

Soligorsk and Soligorsky district is a rectangular panel with an aspect ratio of 1: 2, consisting of two horizontal equal stripes: the upper one is yellow, the lower one is red. In the middle of the flag there is an image of the coat of arms of the city of Soligorsk and the Soligorsky district.

Regulations on the flag of Soligorsk and Soligorsky district

1. The flag of Soligorsk and the Soligorsky district is its official heraldic symbol.
The flag of the city of Soligorsk and the Soligorsky district is the property of the Soligorsky District Council of Deputies, which the Soligorsky District Executive Committee has the right to dispose of.
2. The flag of the city of Soligorsk and the Soligorsky district shall be placed on the buildings in which the local government and self-government bodies of the district are located, as well as in the meeting rooms of these bodies and in the office offices of their heads.
The flag of the city of Soligorsk and the Soligorsky district may be placed in those places where, in accordance with the legislation, the placement of the National Flag of the Republic of Belarus is provided for. When simultaneously placing the National Flag of the Republic of Belarus, the flag of the Soligorsky district and other flags, their location is determined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2004 “On State Symbols of the Republic of Belarus” (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 111, 2/1050).
The flag of the city of Soligorsk and the Soligorsky district can also be used during public holidays and public holidays, solemn events held by state bodies and other organizations, national, labor, family holidays and events dedicated to memorable dates.
3. The right to use the flag of Soligorsk and Soligorsky district in cases not specified in paragraph 2 of this Regulation may be granted by decision of the Soligorsky District Executive Committee.
